The range of data reported on here is dependant on the data contained in the file that has been loaded.  If reports are required for specific periods within an extended survey then a new file can be created using the Export Data function within the File Operations Menu.

Options at Top of Menu

Allow you to select whether to include weekends in the various demand reports.

Tick Boxes by Each Report

Allow you to select which reports are included in the “Auto Reporting” feature.  There are further tick boxes in a group below the report menu, listing the various charts and tariff results.  These are for inclusion in the contents page only, as these items require too much user input to be printed automatically.

Auto Reporting Feature

Prints all the selected reports including the cover page and contents page (a report is “selected” if the tick box on the button is checked).  Includes buttons to select all items or clear all selected items, as well as Print Selected, which produces the reports themselves.

A new edition is the print to PDF button, which creates a single PDF file containing all the selected reports. You will be prompted for a filename and given the option to open/view the file on completion.  An Adobe PDF compatible viewer is required to view the document, but not for creation.

Cover Page

Prints a cover page showing the survey details and filename.

Contents Page

Prints a contents page showing all selected items, as chosen on the reports menu.
