\n\tAll parameters can be prefixed by either "-" or "\/" (dash or slash).<\/font><\/b>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tOverride Connections File : (\/-)filename.ini
\n<\/h3>\n

\n\tThe file must be located in the same folder as the viewer EXE file.<\/b>
\n\tIf the file specified is found and is valid then this will be used instead of the connections defined in the "Configure Connections" dialogue.
\n\tThis is a sample file :-\n<\/p>\n

\r\n[Connection 1]\r\nServerName = Local Server\r\nServerAddr = 127.0.0.1\r\nServerPort = 80\r\nConnectionType = Local\r\n\r\n[Connection 2]\r\nServerName = Farm Internet\r\nServerAddr = 83.104.159.53\r\nServerPort = 8081\r\nConnectionType = Internet\r\n\r\n[Connection 3]\r\nServerName = Farm Server\r\nServerAddr = 192.168.1.100\r\nServerPort = 8081\r\nConnectionType = LAN<\/pre>\n
\n\tHopefully the format is self explanatory (at least when compared to the connection configuration dialogue). Just remember that any automatic connection number specified must match the number shown in the title of the relevant section.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tAuto Connect to Connection Number : (\/-)X
\n<\/h3>\n
\n\tX is an integer number which matches the number seen in "Configure Connections".
\n\tIf the connections list has been overridden using the above parameter then this number relates the number as found in the file specified.
\n\tWhen the program is executed it will attempt to connect to the connection number specified by X.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tSet Proxy Server to OFF : (\/-)NOPROXY
\n<\/h3>\n
\n\tOverrides program setting for proxy use and disables use of proxy server.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tSet Proxy Server to ON : (\/-)USEPROXY
\n<\/h3>\n
\n\tOverrides program setting for proxy use and enables use of proxy server.
\n\tThere does not have to be a proxy server available and the program will only use one if its presence is detected.
\n\tAt time of writing this is the default option.<\/b>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tTurn OFF Caching : (\/-)NOCACHE
\n<\/h3>\n
\n\tOverrides program setting for cache use and disables caching until program run without this option.
\n\tThis could dramatically increase network traffic and\/or load on server CPU.<\/b>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tAutomatically Download New CSV Data : (\/-)AUTODOWNLOAD
\n<\/h3>\n
\n\tThis will download any CSV data from the connected site to the default (last used) download folder.
\n\tThe date range downloaded will be from and including the last day downloaded and will end today.
\n        Once the data has been downloaded the viewer software will close, so this can be run as a repeated automatic task.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tHide Popup Errors (such as “connection failed”) : (\/-)SILENTEXCEPTIONS or NOERRORS
\n<\/h3>\n
\n\tThis will prevent any popup error dialogues from appearing. Such messages would prevent the Viewer from automatically closing when using functions such as AUTODOWNLOAD, should the server connection fail.
\n\tIt may be desirable to leave such messages visible, if a user will later see them. So this option is not always recommended.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
